Terms & Conditions for weemind+ plan

(Subscription Model)

Introduction

Welcome to weemind.design.

We specialize in providing comprehensive branding, graphic design, and website development services. Our mission is to deliver creative and strategic design solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern our business relationship and outline the responsibilities of both parties in ensuring a successful project outcome.

In this document, any reference to "we", "us", or "ours" refers specifically to the weemind.design. 
These terms are used to indicate the responsibilities, services, and actions provided or undertaken by weemind.design, and they should be understood as representing the company in all instances throughout this “Terms and Conditions”.

The term “client” refers to any colleague engaged in our Collaboration Model under the Subscription Plan.

1-  Brand Visual Identity Design, Character and Mascot Design, Packaging Design

Normal Timeline:

  • The initial drafts (3 separate designs) of the work will be delivered at most [7] business days after project initiation, provided the design brief is complete and the project falls within an active subscription plan.
  • The client is required to review the initial drafts, providing feedback, suggestions, or necessary amendments, or alternatively, approve one of the designs. Please note that the subscription period continues during this review process; therefore, timely feedback is encouraged to ensure efficient progress.
  • Upon receiving client feedback, we will implement minor amendments at least within [1] business day for each project. More extensive changes may require additional time accordingly.
  • The final design will be delivered at most [5] business days after client approval.

Note 1: In case of Brand Identity Visual Design, depending on the number of selected design services, the final design delivery time may be extended. 

Payment Terms:

  • To activate each subscription plan (1-month, 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month), payment must be made in full at the beginning of each period.

Cancelling a Subscription Plan

  • While we’ve allocated resources —both human and technical— specifically for the client`s projects during any subscription period, the client may cancel the plan at any time. In such case, we will refund the client`s payment, proportionate to the days remaining in the subscription.
    Nonetheless, for one month subscription plan, the paid amount is not refundable upon cancellation.

“Our” Obligations:

  • “We” are committed to delivering the project within the agreed time, provided all necessary information, client feedbacks, and payments are received.
  • We are committed to implementing client suggestions, amendments, or changes for each project as often as requested, provided the subscription plan remains active.
  • “We” are committed to delivering the final design files upon project completion as long as the timeline remains within an active subscription period. All files will be provided in their original source format, allowing the client to edit them as needed.
  • All client information will be kept confidential and protected by “us” according to “our” Privacy Policy

Client Obligations:

  • All subscription plan fees, are net amounts and do not include VAT. A 5% VAT, as required by UAE law, will be added to the net fees. The clients are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or statutory charges applicable in their jurisdiction.

Additional Notes: 

  • The size of illustrations or images used in packaging design is optimized for their intended purpose. If the client requests a significantly larger version, feasibility will be assessed, and if enlargement is possible, additional costs may apply.

2- Catalog and Brochure Design

Normal Timeline:

  • The initial drafts (3 separate designs) of the Catalog/Brochure cover and back plus 4 internal pages will be delivered at most [8] business days after project initiation, provided the design brief is complete and the project falls within an active subscription plan.
  • The client is required to review the initial drafts, providing feedback, suggestions, or necessary amendments, or alternatively, approve one of the designs. Please note that the subscription period continues during this review process; therefore, timely feedback is encouraged to ensure efficient progress. 
  • Upon receiving client feedback, we will implement minor amendments at least within [1] business day for each project. More extensive changes may require additional time accordingly.
  • The final design will be delivered at most [7] business days after client approval. For catalogs with more than 12 pages, the final delivery time may increase proportionally.

“Our” Obligations:

  • “We” are committed to delivering the project within the agreed time, provided all necessary information, client feedbacks, and payments are received.
  • We are committed to implementing client suggestions, amendments, or changes for each project as often as requested, provided the subscription plan remains active.
  • “We” are committed to delivering the final design files upon project completion as long as the timeline remains within an active subscription period. All files will be provided in their original source format, allowing the client to edit them as needed.
  • All client information will be kept confidential and protected by “us” according to “our” Privacy Policy

  • The size of illustrations or images used in catalog/brochure design is optimized for their intended purpose. If the client requests a significantly larger version, feasibility will be assessed, and if enlargement is possible, additional costs may apply.

3-  Website Design

Normal Timeline:

  • The initial drafts (3 separate designs) of the website homepage will be delivered at most [7] business days after project initiation, provided the design brief is complete and the project falls within an active subscription plan.
  • The client is required to review the initial drafts, providing feedback, suggestions, or necessary amendments, or alternatively, approve one of the designs. Please note that the subscription period continues during this review process; therefore, timely feedback is encouraged to ensure efficient progress. 
  • Upon receiving client feedback, we will implement minor graphic amendments at least within [1] business day for each project. More extensive changes may require additional time accordingly.
  • The final design will be delivered at most [20] business days after client approval.

Note 1: The aforementioned timeline is for our standard single-language Business Website as described in the “Website Brief” (link can be found in our website`s footer). Any additional language(s) or additional pages will increase the timeline accordingly.

“Our” Obligations:

  • “We” commit to delivering the project within the agreed time, provided all necessary information, client feedbacks, and payments are received.
  • We are committed to implementing client suggestions, amendments, or changes for each project as often as requested, provided the subscription plan remains active.
  • “We” commit to delivering the final website without any errors. The execution method and programming languages and tools that are used to implement the website are at the discretion of “us”, and the client will receive a correct and error-free final output.
  • “We” commit to providing the username and password for the website's CMS (Content Management System) control panel to the client’s designated representative. The client is responsible for safeguarding the aforementioned username and password. If the website's username and password are disclosed to unauthorized individuals (in any manner - such as through keylogging software, failure to follow security precautions, etc.), “we” will not be held liable.
  • “We” commit to providing a training tutorial for the website's CMS (Content Management System) control panel to the client’s designated representative. The tutorial video is designed so that someone with no prior knowledge of web development or programming can easily add or edit content (such as text, images, etc.) on the website.
  • "We” provide Free of Charge Hosting and Domain Services for one year from the date of final project delivery in case the client requests.
  • For one year from the final project delivery, we offer Free of Charge support services, which include: monthly website backups (only if the client is using “our” hosting service), answering client inquiries regarding data entry using the provided Content Management System (CMS), and resolving any potential errors or issues with the site. 
  • All client information will be kept confidential and protected by “us” according to “our” Privacy Policy
