By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern our business relationship and outline the responsibilities of both parties in ensuring a successful project outcome.
In this document, any reference to "we", "us", or "ours" refers specifically to the weemind.design.
These terms are used to indicate the responsibilities, services, and actions provided or undertaken by weemind.design, and they should be understood as representing the company in all instances throughout this “Terms and Conditions”.
1- Brand Visual Identity Design, Character and Mascot Design, Packaging Design
Normal Timeline:
- The initial drafts (3 separate designs) of the work will be delivered at most [15] business days after receiving the advance payment and completing the design brief.
- The client has up to [3] business days to review, make suggestions, amendments, or changes to one of the initial drafts or approve one of them.
- The final design will be delivered at most [7] business days after client approval.
Note 1: In case of Brand Identity Visual Design, depending on the number of selected design services, the final design delivery time may be extended.
Expedited Timeline Option:
For projects requiring faster turnaround times, an expedited service is available at an additional cost of (at most) 30% of the total project fee. This option is subject to availability and agreement by both parties.
Payment Terms:
- 50% of the total invoice amount is payable as the advance payment.
- The remaining 50% is payable after the client has (made suggestions, amendments, or changes and finally) approved one of the initial/amended drafts.
“Our” Obligations:
- “We” are committed to delivering the project within the agreed time, provided all necessary information, client feedback, and payments are received.
- Up to [3] drafts will be provided. If none are approved, with the experience of designing previous drafts and a more thorough and in-depth review of the client's opinions and preferences, one additional draft will be created within 7 business days. If this is also not approved, the project will be terminated, and the advance payment will be FULLY returned back to the client (Money Back Policy). In this case the client has no rights to use any of the design draft, either in whole or in part, in any form whether print or digital, now or in the future.
- “We” are committed to delivering the final design files upon project completion and full payment according to “our” final invoice. All files will be provided in their original source format, allowing the client to edit them as needed.
- All client information will be kept confidential and protected by “us” according to “our” Privacy Policy.
Client Obligations:
- The client only owns the rights to the approved design draft and the respected final design for which he/she has made the full payment according to “our” invoice. The client shall not have any rights to use, either in whole or in part, any other design drafts created during the project in any form, whether print or digital, now or in the future.
- All quoted prices provided in the "Instant Quote" section of “our” website, as well as in any verbal or written correspondence, are net amounts and do not include VAT. A 5% VAT, as required by UAE law, will be added to the final invoice amount. The clients are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or statutory charges applicable in their jurisdiction.
- The client must provide all necessary information and feedback within the agreed timelines to avoid project delays.
Additional Note:
- The size of illustrations or images used in packaging design is optimized for their intended purpose. If the client requests a significantly larger version, feasibility will be assessed, and if enlargement is possible, additional costs may apply.
2- Catalog and Brochure Design
Normal Timeline:
- The initial drafts (3 separate designs) of the Catalog/Brochure cover and back plus 4 internal pages will be delivered at most [15] business days after receiving the advance payment and completing the design brief.
- The client has up to [3] business days to review, make suggestions, amendments, or changes to one of the initial drafts or approve one of them.
- The final design will be delivered at least [10] business days after client approval. For catalogs with more than 12 pages, the final delivery time may increase proportionally.
Expedited Timeline Option:
For projects requiring faster turnaround times, an expedited service is available at an additional cost of (at most) 30% of the total project fee. This option is subject to availability and agreement by both parties.
Payment Terms:
- 30% of the total invoice amount is payable as the advance payment.
- 40% of the total invoice amount is payable upon delivery and approval of the initial draft.
- 30% of the total invoice amount is payable upon complete project delivery.

3- Website Design

- The initial drafts (3 separate designs) of the website homepage will be delivered at most [15] business days after receiving the advance payment and completing the design brief.
- The client has up to [3] business days to review, make suggestions, amendments, or changes, or approve the initial draft.
- The final project will be delivered at least [25] business days after client approval.
Expedited Timeline Option:

“Our” Obligations:
- “We” commit to delivering the project within the agreed time, provided all necessary information, client feedback, and payments are received.
- Up to [3] drafts will be provided. If none are approved, with the experience of designing previous drafts and a more thorough and in-depth review of the client's opinions and preferences, one additional draft will be created within [7] business days. - “We” commit to executing any written or verbal requests from the client for additional features not included in the final invoice as well as changes to the approved page graphics during programming, provided that these requests are feasible at that stage. A separate invoice for these additional services will be provided to the client. It is understood that all site features are listed in the first final invoice, and the client is aware of the extra costs for any additional features or requests.
- “We” commit to delivering the final website without any errors. The execution method and programming languages and tools that are used to implement the website are at the discretion of “us”, and the client will receive a correct and error-free final output.
- “We” commit to providing the username and password for the website's CMS (Content Management System) control panel to the client’s designated representative upon full payment of the final invoice. The client is responsible for safeguarding the aforementioned username and password. If the website's username and password are disclosed to unauthorized individuals (in any manner - such as through keylogging software, failure to follow security precautions, etc.), “we” will not be held liable.
- “We” commit to providing a training tutorial for the website's CMS (Content Management System) control panel to the client’s designated representative upon full payment of the final invoice. The tutorial video is designed so that someone with no prior knowledge of web development or programming can easily add or edit content (such as text, images, etc.) on the website.
- "We” provide Free of Charge Hosting and Domain Services for one year from the date of final project delivery in case the client requests.
- For one year from the final project delivery, we offer Free of Charge support services, which include: monthly website backups (only if the client is using “our” hosting service), answering client inquiries regarding data entry using the provided Content Management System (CMS), and resolving any potential errors or issues with the site.
- All client information will be kept confidential and protected by “us” according to “our” Privacy Policy.
