How long does the design process take?

The 3 initial drafts are delivered within 15 business days after receiving the advance payment and completed design brief. Final designs are delivered within 7 business days after client approval, though timelines may extend for complex projects.

What are the payment terms?

Advance Payment: 50% of the total invoice is required to initiate the project.
Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon approval of the initial drafts and before final files are delivered.

Do you offer discounts on your services?

Yes, we provide two types of discounts:

Bundle Discount: When you choose one of our design bundles, you receive a discount of 10%, 15%, or 20%, depending on the bundle. This offers comprehensive solutions at a reduced rate compared to purchasing individual services. Additionally, if you add any services to a bundle, you'll receive the same bundle discount on the added services.
Tiered Discount: For larger projects or ongoing collaborations, we offer tiered discounts based on the scope and volume of services. The more you invest, the greater the discount you receive.

Can I request revisions?

Yes, you can provide feedback and request changes to the 3 initial drafts.

What happens if none of the drafts are aligned with my taste? Is there a Money Back policy?

If none of the 3 drafts align with your taste, we provide a fourth draft at no additional cost. If this also doesn’t meet your expectations, the project will be terminated, and your advance payment will be fully refunded under our Money Back Policy.
